1.Whether utilised/partially utilised bonds data should be captured in the TDR Portal?
Yes
2.Whether already issued bonds need to be applied in new application?
No
3.Whether the Applicant can directly apply for TDR bond?
Yes (Applicant / any LTP), by creating login in the TDR portal.
4.I have purchased TDR bond from the applicant but the details have not been entered in TDR register. What is the process to get it registered?
You can raise a request along with two supporting documents (Agreement, TDR Bond). Upon verification of the submitted documents, it will automatically be transferred to a new vendee.
5. How should I utilise TDR bond for extra floor/setbacks relaxation/additional built-up area or fee adjustment?
By entering the Aadhar Number and mobile Number of the applicant in APDPMS, TDR bond can be utilised.
6. Can I purchase TDR bond through online?
Yes. But, both vendor and vendee Aadhar authentication (finger prints) is required.
7. Is there any initial fee for submitting the application?
No
8. Is there any time limit for applying TDR?
No
